Getting Motivated in Recovery from Eating Disorders

I have found your motivation interesting but i find it really hard on my own, as a stay at home mum, developing AN as an adult, to literally add calories for X meal plan that will make me better.. I want to but find it so hard. Any advice? How did you do it?
