I used zoloft and I gained X pounds in two months. I have several friends who had the same experience with prozac and it happened in a matter of a few months also. I have read several places how for some people the SSRI’s change the way the body handles sugars. And that being sure to stay away from any added sugars and from alot of grains can help. increasing all your vegetables, and especially the greens, in any way – soups, raw, steamed, stir-fried… that helps balance out the sugar issues caused by the SSRI’s.
