    Hi Lauren
I’m new to your website and have really been inspired. I have struggled with eating disorders for 26 years. I had a bad relapse with bulimia 3 years ago and almost had to go to treatment. Then the anorexia followed. I have been doing better although the obsession is strong and have a hard time enjoying life. I’m tired of ed running my life and so scared to let go at the same time. He doesn’t want me to be free. I want to live…. and be happy. I the need to get rid of my fitness pal and loose it apps. I do two sometimes to see which one has fewer calories. I do have hope. I need a meal plan and have dissociated myself with food I don’t know when I’m full or hungry. I’m open for suggestions
    Thank you
