Recovery is a challenge put forth in your life to help you grow and evolve into the woman you are destined to become.
It is not a burden, a death sentence or a trap.
It is if you choose it to be.
But today I am here to tell you that IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE.
It can become the greatest thing that has ever happened to you!!
I know you probably want to kick me for saying that, I know how hard this is and how much it feels like you will always struggle with it.
I know, I’ve been there.
I’ve also worked my ass off to get to a place where I didn’t need the eating disorder anymore and I could pull the gems of wisdom out of my pain.
To turn something that was once the greatest source of pain and suffering and struggle — and TRANSFORM it into something MAGNIFICENT.
I see it happen each and every day as women begin to WAKE UP and EMBRACE this process as a part of their spiritual path.
They begin to REFUSE TO SETTLE.
To REFUSE TO ACCEPT that this is the way it will always be.
THAT IS BULLSHIT!!!
I don’t care what your doctors have told you, I don’t care what you’ve been diagnosed with, I don’t care how many people told you you weren’t enough, you weren’t strong enough, brave enough or didn’t have what it takes.
IT DOESNT MATTER.
FUCK THAT.
YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES, beautiful soul!!!!
I KNOW DEEP WITHIN MY HEART THAT YOU DO HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BREAK FREE AND FULLY RECOVER.
You can’t NOT recover. And honestly, if you’re reading this then I KNOW you are destined to go on this path and achieve full recovery and freedom.
Those people along your path who told you you’ll never make it– they were also put there for a reason– and you can CHOOSE, right now to say FUCK THAT, RISE UP AND CHOOSE TO GO AFTER YOUR DREAMS.
Because if Iistened to all those doctors, therapists, counsellors and people who basically told me I was a hopeless case.. And I would just have to struggle with and “manage” my symptoms the rest of my life…
Then I wouldn’t be here today, sharing what I’m sharing with you now.
I wouldn’t have such an amazing life.
I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing, affecting and influencing thousands and thousands of people with my message.
Because this is what I was born to do.
This was my destiny, my calling.
To bring this message to you, right here, right now, to share with you that YOU CAN DO THIS TOO.
I am no different or more special!! I am exactly the same as you.
I have struggled. My GOD! Have I struggled.
I’ve tried to kill myself.
I hated myself from a super young age.
I’ve been addicted to hardcore drugs, to purging over 20 times a day at one point.
Being so underweight I’ve been on the brink of death. And also on the other side of the scale and have been overweight.
I’ve been medicated, hospitalized and locked down.
I’ve been numbed and labeled crazy and fucking insane.
And yet I CHOSE to not allow it to stop me.
I CHOSE to not let those things, those people, those experiments define me.
I didn’t let it stop me.
And in fact, it is one thing that has fueled me over the years
Is the ability to say FUCK YOU to everyone who has ever doubted me
To anyone who said this wasn’t possible
Who didn’t believe in the power of their dreams
Who would rather play DREAM STEALER AND SOUL CRUSHER than build someone else up
Because it felt better for them to break me down, so they could feel better about themselves
But it’s not about them anyways
It’s them providing me the catalyst I needed to change and transform my life in a huge way
And as I sit here writing this, I weep.
I weep for the souls who haven’t heard my message
Who don’t believe it’s possible
Who honestly believe that they will always struggle with it and let others expectations and opinions and limitations bring them down.
They have dimmed their light, shut down the connection with who they really are
IT IS NOW TIME TO RISE, BEAUTIFUL SOUL!!!
IT IS TIME TO NOW CLAIM YOUR DESTINY
AND STEP INTO THE LIGHT OF THE WOMAN YOU ARE MEANT TO BECOME
The woman who you already on underneath the eating disorder
And the more you put it off, the more you distract yourself from attaining your true self and true destiny, the bigger and stronger the yearning for it will become
You can’t deny this calling anymore
And if you were, it would be to pull the wool down over your eyes
It would be to turn your back on everything you want and desire for your life
Because you can have ANYTHING you want in your life, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
And I have seen it time and time again– when you finally do cross the threshold where the eating disorder is no longer an issue
When you suddenly know that everything you have worked so hard for has come TRUE
You realize you do wholeheartedly love yourself.
You have an amazing and intuitive relationship with food, eating what you want when you want it
Having a loving relationship with exercise and finally attaining the healthy and hot body that you want — without fear, without punishment, without the Ed
You realize that you can FEEL again, not only the “negative” emotions that you are no longer stuffing down, but now you are able to experience the heights of JOY, of LOVE, PEACE, and an all encompassing feeling of EMPOWERMENT AND FREEDOM
You no longer are a negative person — you have done the deeper healing work to heal your limiting old belief patterns and you now believe that YES I AM ENOUGH. I AM WORTHY. I AM CAPABLE. I CAN DO ANYTHING I PUT MY MIND TO. MY LIFE KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER.
And as you’ve opened yourself up to this more positive and internally driven lifestyle, you open yourself up to connect with the DIVINE, with Higher Self, with God, or whatever your concept is, your higher power comes rushing in to support you, to guide you and show you the way.
You no longer experience debilitating anxiety or emotions but rather you embrace new experiences with curiosity and wonder and awe.
The whole entire world opens up to you.
Your relationships evolve naturally as a part of this process.
Everything you thought you knew falls away and is replaced with better, more loving and supportive thought and behavior patterns.
Your ENTIRE LIFE changes and evolves right before your eyes.
And it’s simply a result of you going ALL IN and saying to yourself that I AM GOING TO DO THIS.
NO MATTER WHAT.
I AM COMMITTED.
And as you begin to learn to love yourself and tune into your true authentic self… Everything changes.
You are suddenly willing to LEAP into the unknown
Yes it is scary but you KNOW with every fiber of your being that you HAVE TO.
You no longer have a choice.
You either LEAP and take action every day to achieve your goals
Or literally you will remain stuck for the rest of your life.
There is no in between.
You’re either IN, or you’re OUT.
You have to make that choice.
And if you’re here today, I know your answer may come with a bit of self doubt or hesitation, but when you say HELL YES with all your heart, there is a massive RELIEF and an EXCITEMENT that rushes in to take its place.
Suddenly you know that it is POSSIBLE for you, too.
You don’t have to know HOW, you simply have to be willing to be guided.
To go beyond what you thought possible for your life, and to absolutely know that without a doubt, IT IS TOTALLY FUCKING WORTH IT.
I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS
