There is nothing that is impossible in this life.

If you can dream it, you can do it.

I wholeheartedly believe this.

When I still struggled in my eating disorder, I probably only believed this only to a certain extent– because I didn’t see how I would ever get out of it, although maybe I believed this “in theory.”

I believe that we all have the capability to fulfill whatever dream we have in our hearts.

However there is one simple thing that distinguishes the people who actually FULFILL their dreams, and the people who only DREAM about their dreams… and that one simple thing is that they TOOK ACTION.

The only way to make your dreams come true is to go out and take action on whatever it is that you are wanting to create in your life!

The best way to do this is to make sure that it is first coming from a place of ALIGNMENT and of LOVE for yourself.  How do you know?

You know by how it feels when you’re doing it.  If you first get your mind right and align yourself to your values and your core truth, and you take action from THAT PLACE– it makes the taking action that much more effective and POWERFUL.

Taking ACTION is the difference between someone who stays where they are and someone who actually MOVES FORWARD towards their dreams!

This is one thing that I did when I decided I was going to take responsibility for my recovery.  I make a decision.  I got my mind aligned with what it was that I wanted: freedom, love, empowerment, joy, and simply to just be happy.

Once I did the inner work on WHY I wanted it, identified the motivation behind it and set an intention around it, the action just HAPPENED.

I begin moving towards my goals at once.

Once I got CLEAR, my eating disorder recovery became something I was working towards, and my dream was no longer a dream: it was suddenly reality.

I committed to taking certain actions each and every day.  Actions that moved me further along towards being fully recovered and free.

I woke up early to start my day right.

I did my affirmations.  I did yoga and a short meditation.

Then I went about my day.

I had a plan for what to do about the food.

I had a plan for what I did when the “stuff” came up.

I dealt with it without the eating disorder.

I committed to doing all of the deeper work on myself required to break free.

But it would have NEVER happened, had I never taken action.

We have to remember– that TAKING ACTION can actually help CREATE BELIEF.

Do you get that?

Sitting back not doing anything and not taking action, simply hoping that things will get better, or blaming others for why its not getting better is NEVER going to help you get to where you want to be.

Sometimes– taking action is the only thing we can do, and in doing so we create the beliefs we need to succeed.

Throughout my life, one of my strengths has been my ability to say that I’m going to do something and then I FUCKING DO IT.

I go out and do WHATEVER IT TAKES to achieve it.

I take MASSIVE ACTION towards my dreams.

I don’t allow myself to feel bad about why I don’t have it.

I go out and I MAKE IT HAPPEN.

This is how we learn to believe in ourselves.

By gaining the COURAGE to wake up and take that NEXT RIGHT STEP towards FREEDOM.

What do you need to do TODAY for yourself?

What action could you take RIGHT NOW that can help you take one next baby step towards what you desire?

Today, believe in yourself enough to simply go out and take action on one thing that is an act of SELF LOVE for yourself.

What can you do TODAY that will get you one step closer to TOMORROW?

I believe in you, beautiful soul.

I know you can do this.

You are absolutely worthy and deserving.

You deserve all of the good things this life has to offer.

You are too beautiful, too wise, and too awake to simply fall back asleep.  You know too much already– which is why this TAKING ACTION piece is SO IMPORTANT!!

Take the LEAP today!

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

In light + love,
